We went to this store and bought 40 thousand dollars in high end appliances for

our new house, Josh the owners son was more than helpful to take our order and

our money, however... When the appliances were delivered, we found that parts

where missing , including handles and kits needed for a 1000.00 blower motor to

work, the lights in a 15 thousand dollar refrigerator where yellowed and when we

tried to call to get help from this store we were met with unreturned phone

calls and when we did demand to speak to someone where told our brand new

appliances where not warrantied by the store but by Wolf and we needed to call "

the company " . Josh if you weren't the owners son I would have your *** FIRED.

Wow! I can't believe this guy is still employed !

I thought for sure since they advertise about their supposed " family values" he HAD to be the owners son. This guy actually said that " our 40 thousand dollar order " was no big deal and that people walk into his store everyday and spend that kind of money ..

All we wanted was an answer and a return phone call. Like I said " HE SUCKS"


Josh is not the owners son he just happens to have the same lat name. I had similar experience and Josh needs to go e fired.
