Gerhards Appliances - Gerhards has terrible customer service, cheating and lying

New ReviewerI bought 4 appliances at Gerhards. 3 were fine.
However, the refrigerator did not fit in the space provided despite us very carefully working out the measurements. Ultimately we had to have a cabinet reconfigured for $200.00, they took away our old fridge and we lost $400.00 worth of food waiting for the new fridge, the new fridge was badly damaged and had to have 3 doors replaced. The floor was badly scratched and will cost $250 to repair. So far despite 3 months wait I have received no compensation.
The company has been totally unresponsive and unhelpful, rude, untruthful, incompetent and every other negative adjective I can think of for exceptionally bad customer relations - truly the worst I have ever encountered.
Three of my friends described equally miserable experiences. Save yourself massive aggravation and avoid Gerhards.
Monetary Loss: $1500.
