November 2012 I ordered a refrigerator with upgraded inside delivery. The day before I called to verify inside delivery and they had it curbside which they said they'd correct.
The delivery company delivered curb side. Gerhardt said they'd refund the $100 paid for inside delivery and still haven't. The refrigerator was damaged and as of today March 9, 2013 they still haven't resolved the issue.
Zach and Linda of Geeheardt's both assured me the issue would be immediately resolved and despite numerous emails nothing has been done. The last email said waiting on my accountant to refund ayou and the replacement doors are on back order from the manufacturer.
Monetary Loss: $3000.
